Professor Keith Randle

Is from the University of Hertfordshire Business School in the UK, has spent his career studying employment in the creative industries; film, TV and video games. Film production is labour intensive, with up to 85% of the cost of production attributable to labour costs. Professor Randle has been involved in studies about the film industry in the US and the UK. He's in New Zealand to talk about getting in and getting on in film production at the invitation of The Victoria Management School.
