30 years ago today, December 8th, 1980, Dr Stephan Lynn had just finnished a 13 hour shift at New York's Roosevelt Hospital when the phone rang. Please come back Dr lynn, someone's been shot. Mark Chapman had fired four bullets into John Lennon as he stepped out of a limo in front of his apartment.
