The Vice President of the United States, Joe Biden, has accused the founder of the Wikileaks website of putting lives in danger. The leaked diplomatic cables show Senior Defence Ministry staff told the U.S. Embassy that former Prime Minister Helen Clark decided to send soldiers to Iraq to stop Fonterra losing lucrative Oil for Food contracts.
