Victoria Park Tunnel mystery

Mystery is afoot on the construction site of the Victoria Park Tunnel near Auckland's waterfront. An old pistol has been found at the bottom of what was a well. The handle is rotted away, but archaeologists say the gun has been fired and may well have been a murder weapon.
