Every New Zealander it seems has a story about Crown Lynn. The companydisappeared in 1989, unable to compete with imported stuff, after trade barriers were removed. But pretty much from the Second World War till the late '80's that's what we New Zealanders used every day. And now, two decades later, it's become retro and trendy.
