Biennale man

Jazz pianist Dan Hayles has been preparing for the Olympics of the art world, the Venice Biennale, opening on 4 June. The 22-year-old has been chosen to be part of the New Zealand installation by artist Michael Parekowhai. The work is called On first looking into Chapman's Homer and involves music and performance.
