Rodrigo Canales - drugs cartels as a business model

Rodrigo Canales is the Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Yale School of Management. He says there is a lot to be learned by looking at drug cartels not as faceless goons killing each other over their illicit product, but as a business that makes billions of dollars. It's a business that relies on so many people - from the government to the neighbors - looking the other way to legitimise criminal activity.
