Dunedin salmon hatchery

From Jesse Mulligan, 1–4pm, 2:24 pm on 3 February 2014

Dunedin is cementing its growing reputation as the salmon hatchery of the southern hemisphere. Two years ago, 15,000 young salmon were released into Otago harbour. This success helped a member of the Dunedin Community Salmon Trust earn a gold medal at the New Zealand Master's Games - which are underway in the city - at the weekend.
