Feature interview - Gary L Stewart

From Afternoons, 3:08 pm on 3 June 2014

In the late 1960s, a serial killer terrorised Northern California killing at least five people and taunting police with cryptic notes sent to San Francisco newspapers after each brutal murder. He came to be called The Zodiac Killer. To this day, the Zodiac killer has never been caught, but Gary L Stewart thinks the Zodiac killer is his birth father Earl Van Best Jr. His research, including interviews with handwriting and forensic scientists, is in his book, co-written with an American crime writer 'The Most Dangerous Animal of All - Searching for my father and finding the Zodiac Killer'.
