D Day - Jonathan Tucker

Today is the 70th anniversary of D-Day, the largest seaborne invasion in modern history, in which no New Zealand ground forces took part - or at least, that's been the accepted view. Southlander Jonathan Tucker says the discovery of three simple words in the diary of Brigadier James Hargest could change New Zealand history.
