Simon Morris looks at three movies – all, coincidentally, with women in the leading roles. The boss is a typically brash comedy from the popular Melissa McCarthy. Phoenix is the latest from the award-winning German team, director Christian Petzold and star Nina Hoss. And Eye in the sky is a tense thriller, with Helen Mirren driving a drone attack on terrorists halfway across the world.
