Dan Slevin reviews Kiwi comedy The Breaker Upperers, Wes Anderson’s Isle of Dogs and Truth or Dare, and looks at what's on in the 13th Documentary Edge Film Festival.

Jackie van Beek and Madeline Sami write and direct The Breaker Upperers – a raucous Kiwi anti-romantic comedy.

 

Isle of Dogs is a stop-motion animated film by Wes Anderson about a Japanese conspiracy against the humble canine house pet.  

 

A group of California college students unwittingly unleash a demon after partying too hard at Spring Break in Truth or Dare.

 

And Dan interviews the director of the Documentary Edge Film Festival, Dan Shanan, about the 13th event which opened this week.
