Grieving parents present petition to Parliament

The grieving parents of Nathan Kraatskow, killed in a hit and run, presented a petition with more than 145,000 signatures to politicians at Parliament today. They're calling for a harsher sentence for Rouxle Le Roux, who was sentenced to home detention for causing the teenager's death.
