Shooting: Student protestors take refuge in Christchurch council building, Mayor

Christchurch Mayor Lianne Dalziel says students from a climate change rally have taken refuge inside the city council building, which is on lockdown. She says it's important that people remain calm, and follow instructions from police. "Stay away from the central city. If you are in the central city, please stay within the building that you are in."
