Motorcyclist couldn't have avoided police car

A crash investigator has backed the Crown's argument that a police officer took a risk when he made a u-turn and collided with a motorcyclist. 60 year old highway patrol office Michael Lenihan is facing two charges of dangerous driving which killed Paul Brown in April 2010.
