Greens, Maori Party object to bill being passed under urgency

Legislation passed by the Government under urgency has been labelled a travesty by the Greens and the Maori Party. The 'mystery' Bill, which had gone unnamed until today, will restore the police's right to keep fingerprints and photographs of youth offenders under certain circumstances.
