Labour says Tim Groser in the firing line in MFAT investigation

Labour says the inquiry into the MFAT leak may have uncovered a fundamental breach of collective Cabinet responsibility and confidentiality by Cabinet Minister Tim Groser, who if that's proved would have to quit.
