Legislation's being considered to stop people from laying claim to cultural objects that are on loan here from overseas - including Maori artefacts; A new chief executive has been appointed to head the Ministry of Maori Development, Te Puni Kokiri; Some iwi in the Marlborough Sounds expect hearings into a Salmon farm expansion, being held on a Marae next week, will strengthen the case for opponents; The recently crowned Miss Aotearoa 2012 says she was attracted to enter the pageant because of its strong association with Maori culture - including knowing about tikanga and Te Reo.
