New South Wales Parliament Shutdown

Back to Australia now where heavily armed police have used tear gas and a crowbar to apprehended a man and end a standoff outside the New South Wales Parliament. The building and grounds had been in lockdown as police negotiated with the man on Macquarie Street in Sydney's central business district.
