Major London road flooded with possibly contaminated water

To London, where a major road is shut because of a burst water main, and initial reports were that it was contaminated with sewage. Clapham Road was completely under 10 centimetres of brown water, which was flooding basement flats - emergency crews on the scene were evacuating properties and preventing people returning to their homes.
