Focus on Politics: National's leadership race

For the second time in less than 18 months, the National Party is in the throes of a leadership contest. The party's leader, Bill English, announced on Tuesday that he would resign at the end of this month, not just as leader, but from Parliament altogether. And now the race is on to see who can get the support for the top job. Here's our Deputy Political Editor, Chris Bramwell.
