Cash-strapped Auckland council pays $100,000 for curtain

The already cash-strapped Auckland Council is splashing out a hundred thousand dollars for an artsy curtain for one of the city's libraries. The Devonport Library, on Auckland's North Shore was knocked down in March, and a new one is being established on the same waterfront site.
