Fletcher boss' Irish slur raises hackles in Eire

They built industrial England's mighty network of canals and the United States' transcontinental railroad, but Irish workers' efforts on the Christchurch rebuild were apparently disparaged by Fletcher Building chief executive Graham Darlow this week.
