Members of the Northland iwi Ngatikahu ki Whangaroa are gathering in Kaeo for the signing of their Deed of Settlement with the Minister of Treaty Negotiations. The signing between the iwi and the crown is being held at Otangaroa Marae and Te Manu Korihi reporter, Shannon Haunui-Thompson is there.
