DHBs defend their negotiating tactics with doctors

District Health Boards have defended their negotiating tactics with senior doctors saying their union is taking advantage of pending junior doctors strike. Ron Dunham, the head of Lakes DHB and the spokesperson for the 20 DHBs on this issue, says DHBs are not willing to increase their offer for extra hours worked.
