Kaipara locals mourn the deaths of those aboard fishing vessel

A member of the Muriwai Surf Club who helped with the rescue after a charter fishing boat capsized on Kaipara Harbour on Saturday says the boat's skipper made a bad call by deciding to go out in terrible weather.
