Tactics & decisions of police officers critiqued in court

Four police officers are on trial at the Napier District Court, charged with assaulting Gregory McPeake. Yesterday a senior manager of the Armed Offenders Squad told the court that there was no justification for using tasers on a man who refused to get out of his car.
