Tapestry project a stitch in time

An embroidery project like no other is slowly taking shape across the country.

Stitchers are making New Zealand's own version of the French Bayeux tapestry, with almost one hundred scenes showcasing chapters of New Zealand history.

Reporter Lydia Anderson visited a stitching session at Dunedin's Toitu Otago Settlers' museum.
