Horizon's workers tackle the last few power outages

Power crews have managed to restore electricity to all but about 25 homes in the eastern Bay of Plenty, five days after widespread cuts caused by last week's storms. Ajay Anand, the chief executive of Horizons Power, says some customers were without power for four days - but most people now have their power back on.
