Kidwill made the call to ban Bromwich and Proctor

The Kiwis captain Jesse Bromwich and teammate Kevin Proctor will not be considered for October's Rugby League World Cup. The pair were banned yesterday afternoon by the NZRL after their involvement in a drugs scandal in Canberra at the weekend.
