Broken bridge highlights freight fragility

Transport Agency engineers will today try to find out how long it will take to fix a bridge on the alternative route beween Marlborough and Canterbury. Ken Shirley, the Chief Executive of the Road Transport Forum, says the route was never designed to take the task it's been asked to take now.
