Bill English addresses new TPP deal, fraudster Joanne Harrison

Prime Minister Bill English says it would be inappropriate for him to cast an opinion on the Auditor General Martin Mathews after more revelations about fraudster Joanne Harrison. He also says the TPP is still a win for New Zealand, although not as significant as the original agreement with the US.
