Power out for thousands of homes across Nth Island

The lines company Powerco has had 25 crews working through the night to fix any hazardous broken lines. But there are still thousands without power. Powerco's network operations manager, Phil Marsh, says the company plans to get helicopters out to assess the wider damage and target the worst hit areas, but it will take some time.
