Chch residents counting cost of flood

It's all hands to the pump in some of Christchurch's southern suburbs, like Beckenham, St Martins and Opawa, which were worst affected by heavy rain at the weekend caused the Heathcote River to burst its banks. Locals are expecting the clean up to take weeks; and they're frustrated with the council's response to the flooding.
