Chris Froome wins largely ceremonial final stage of le Tour

The final stage of le Tour de France was cycled overnight into the Champs Elysee in Paris - but it was largely ceremonial. Michael Tomalaris is in France covering the race for SBS in Australia and says Team Sky's Chris Froome has ridden with consistency.
