Fighting in Mosul is over - but the battle to rebuild has begun

The fighting may've all but stopped in Mosul but thousands of people are still living in fear in the derelict Iraqi city. Our correspondent in Iraq, Fazel Hawramy, says people in Mosul are still in survival mode.
