Auckland affordable housing build stalled, council accused of greed

New Zealand's biggest community housing developer was due to start on a $140 million project on Auckland Council-owned land in Wiri. But uncertainty over how much the council's development agency wants for the land has stalled construction, and the council has been accused of greed. Todd Niall reports.
