US ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley told an emergency Security Council meeting overnight that Kim Jong-un is 'begging for war'. Ms Haley was one of several global ambassadors reacting to Pyongyang's successful hydrogen bomb test on Sunday. She says the time has come for the Security Council to adopt the strongest diplomatic measures, because successive measures haven't worked. Nick Harper joins us to discuss the latest events.
