Calls for south Auckland colonial statue to be removed

Calls are gathering pace for a colonial statue in Otahuhu to be removed and relocated. The subject of the memorial, Colonel Marmaduke Nixon is nothing more than a thug, according to one Auckland man, who now has the support of a Waikato kaumatua.
