Petrol price rise 'cynical' - Judith Collins

The reprieve from high petrol prices that happened when the industry was under government scrutiny has totally reversed. Last week the price of 91 rose above $2 a litre in many places for the first time since the middle of June - and it's gone up another 3 cents this week. Minister for Energy Judith Collins tells us it looks like a cynical move from fuel companies.
