MSD staff use false names fearing attacks from clients

Ministry of Social Development staff say they used false names on legal documents because they feared they could be attacked by volatile clients if they used their real ones. The staff were on the Ministry's internal Benefit Review Committee which hears complaints from beneficiaries.
