Hurricane Maria devastates Puerto Rico

The strongest hurricane to hit Puerto Rico in more than 80 years has destroyed hundreds of homes and knocked out power across the entire island. It's now barrelling toward the islands of Turks and Caicos. We spoke with resident of the islands, Sean O'Neill, about what he's expecting to happen over the next few days.
