Election 2017: Labour seeks Greens, NZ First deal

While National won 46 percent of the vote on election night, Labour leader Jacinda Ardern says a majority of voters have called for change. With 15 percent of the vote yet to be counted when the special votes come in, Ms Ardern says it could have an effect on negotiations with the Greens and New Zealand First. Labour's campaign chair Phil Twyford joins us to discuss.
