Transport Ministry fraudster's partner not charged

The Transport Ministry fraudster Joanne Harrison had a business partner who got a 30 percent cut of the stolen money and who shredded fake invoices when an investigation was launched but was never charged. After months of delays Ministry of Transport has finally released a report it commissioned into Joanne Harrison to RNZ News, and which contains numerous new revelations about the case. RNZ political reporter Benedict Collins joins us with details of the case.
