Lack of funding stopping vital blood tests - pharmacists

Pharmacists say a lack of funding is preventing them from providing vital blood tests in the community for thousands of people. About 6,800 people are having their blood-thinning medication warfarin managed by pharmacists with doctors' approval. Pharmacists say they're increasingly frustrated because more patients want to join but health boards won't allow it.
