Seafood company provides staff mental health help

The country's largest iwi-owned seafood company, Moana New Zealand, has teamed up with Mike King to talk to their 480 full time staff and hundreds of contractors - including fishers and divers - about stress, depression and mental illness. The company is focusing on mental health as part of its Hikoi Te Ora wellbeing programme. Moana New Zealand chief executive Carl Carrington tells us about the programme.
