California wildfires: At least 13 killed, 20,000 flee

Parts of California's wine region are being ravaged by fast-spreading fires that have killed at least 13 people. About 20,000 people have been evacuated and at least fifteen hundred properties have been destroyed. Further injuries are being reported and some people are said to be missing.
