Lundy appeal: Crown stands by evidence

From Morning Report, 8:27 am on 19 October 2017

The Court of Appeal's been told evidence produced by the Crown at Mark Lundy's trial showed the death of his wife was not a random killing, but an inside job by someone who wanted her dead and did not want to get caught. Mark Lundy has twice been found guilty of the murders of his wife Christine and his daughter Amber, but has this week asked the Court of Appeal to overturn his convictions, claiming they were a miscarriage of justice. Yesterday the Court heard submissions from the Crown and RNZ's court reporter Ann Marie May was there.
