'Disappointing end' for Brendon Hartley in F1

From Morning Report, 8:56 am on 30 October 2017

There's been a disappointing finish to Brendon Hartley's second Formula One race, with the Palmerston North driver forced to retire with what looked like an engine failure.

Hartley had worked his way from 17th on the grid to 12th before being forced to pull his Toro Rosso car off the track, with smoke pouring from it. And there's been disappointment too for championship leader Lewis Hamilton, who's looking to wrap up his fourth title but is running third to last after being forced to stop to fix collision damage on the first lap. Correspondent in Mexico City Alisdair Baverstock tells us Hamilton still may be crowned today.
