Donald Trump says he will move quickly to end the visa programme which allowed Uzbeki terrorist Sayfullo Saipov into the United States. New Yorkers are coming to terms with Saipov's attack yesterday in which he deliberately mowed down dozens of cyclists and pedestrians with a pickup truck. Eight people died in the attack, 12 were injured. Mr Trump has faced criticism for playing politics in the immediate aftermath of the attack but speaking a short time ago, he detailed his intention to clamp down further on some types of immigrants.
